How long does shipping take for my Aeyla order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a sleep trial on your products?
Yes, we offer a 30-night sleep trial on our signature weighted blankets. If you don't feel the benefits within 30 days, you can return it for a full refund.
How do I care for and wash my weighted blanket?
Most of our blankets feature a removable cover that is machine washable at 30°C. We recommend air drying the inner weighted section to maintain its integrity.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pillows and duvets cannot be returned once opened.
Are Aeyla products eco-friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. We use OEKO-TEX certified materials and plastic-free packaging wherever possible to ensure our products are safe for you and the planet.
